How to measure
To choose the correct outfit size, you should use a tape measure to measure the following metrics. You can ask someone else to measure for you if necessary.
1. Neck:
Loop the tape measure around the widest area of your neck (not including your pharynx). Don't pull the tape measure too close: Keep a distance wide enough to fit a finger between the tape measure and your neck.
2. Shoulder width:
Pull the tape measure straight to measure the distance between the two ends of the shoulders, slightly above the shoulder blades.
3. Chest:
Loop the tape measure across your back, under your arms and around the widest area of your sternum, keeping the tape horizontal. You should keep the ruler close to your body but not too tight.
4. Sleeve length:
Holding your arm straight at one side of your body, measure the distance from the junction of your shoulder and arm down to the back of your hand, at the base of your thumb.
